Overview

The City Clerk is appointed by the Board of Alderman immediately following the election and installation of a new Mayor.

The City Clerk serves as the Custodian of all records for the City of Pagedale. In addition to providing administrative support for the Mayor and Board of Alderman, the City Clerk performs duties prescribed by statute, ordinance, administrative rule or as directed by the Board of Alderman or the Mayor.

The City Clerk also serves as the election authority, keeping and maintaining all election records and coordinating local elections with the St. Louis County Board of Election Commissioners; and provides voter registration and notary services.
