Occupancy Permits

Requirements

Per City Code, Occupancy Permits are required.  Owners/Agents must first obtain an inspection from St. Louis County Public Works Department at (314) 615-4100 and pay their fee.  This is an interior inspection only.  Once the inspection passes, then Pagedale will complete an exterior inspection.  When all inspections pass, the Occupancy permit can be applied for.  A picture ID and/or Drivers License of all adults (18 & over) is required.
