How to Pay Your Ticket

Important: Payments are not accepted by phone. 

You may pay by cash, debit/credit  or money order at the Bureau Window.

And, you may pay online. You will need your ticket number. It is located in the upper right hand corner of the ticket.

If you loose or cannot find your ticket, use the link above to:

  • Look up your ticket number. Click on 'Litigant Name Search'
  • Next, enter  your name and personal information.
  • Once you have your ticket number, click on Pay by Web
  • Then, drop down to select the St. Louis County 21st Judicial Circuit Court. 
  • Finally, enter your ticket/citation number to proceed with your payment information. 
  • A fee is charged per transaction, when payment is made by credit card, debit card or e-check. 
  • If you wish to obtain a receipt, enter your e-mail information.  
  • Click 'Submit' to complete the payment process and to receive confirmation.
  • The payment confirmation page will display a link to print a copy of the confirmation receipt. 
  • Clicking 'Return to Search' will allow you to make additional payments.

Additional Information:

  • Payments must be received within 30 days following your court date to prevent a time payment fee being charged, a hold being placed on your driver license or a warrant being issued.
  • Payment Plan payments are due in full on the agreed upon dates. If the court has not received your scheduled payment(s) within 30 days following your payment due date, your payment plan balance could be sent to debt collection and your Missouri income tax refund could be withheld to pay toward your balance due. 

Questions or Concerns: If you are concerned that the balance on the case is incorrect, please contact the court in which the case was filed. Case information is a product of the judicial process and must be verified or modified by the court.
